Martin Cilia - Instromania CD (Surfersaurus)
The Instromania album is 12 original songs with guitar as the featured instrument, strongly influenced by music from the sixties. Cilia's love of the sound of the electric guitar, especially the sound of a vintage Fender Stratocaster plugged into a vintage Vox AC30 amp maybe with some delay and reverb add for good measure, shines through on this disc.

I had the idea to write a song that would incorporate different styles and have guest players come in and take solos over each new 12 bar section. That didn’t happen on this version. Maybe I’ll record another version with guest players, I still like the idea.
