Little Kahuna - Tumbleweed Tide CD (Surf Jam Music) 

This disc is a bit of a departure for Little Kahuna, moving from surf and exotica to the sounds of the American Southwest. These are the sounds of hot deserts, blowing sand and fiery sunsets. There is an emphasis on acoustic guitars, Native American flutes and a variety of percussive instruments. The songs are well crafted with an emphasis on atmosphere and melodies, thanks to the performances of guitarist Craig Skelly, the core members of Little Kahuna and a bunch of talented guest musicians. So it’s something a little different, but definitely a rewarding listening experience.
