Please note that all of the CDs, 7"s and magazines we sell are in new condition. Most CDs have plastic shrinkwrap, especially those manufactured in the US or Canada. There are some CDs, mostly imported CDs, that don't have shrinkwrap, but they are still new, unplayed CDs. Also, in some cases we will receive shrinkwrapped CDs to sell that have cracked plastic cases. In these instances, instead of shipping out CDs that have broken cases, we will remove the shrinkwrap and replace them with brand new cases.

We also do not sell homemade CD-R's - all of the CDs we sell are factory manufactured CDs.

Returns

Unfortunately we can't accept returns of opened, or unshrinkwrapped CD's and 7"s. However, if you received the wrong item in your order, or if it was damaged during transit, please send us an email and we'll work something out: records@dblcrown.com
