The Wangs – In Surf We Trust CD (Productions de L’Impossible)

The Wangs are a French surf band that don’t get mentioned much, which is a shame because they have a powerful sound that hit’s you in the gut with loud drums and reverb-drenched guitars. In Surf We Trust has 10 great songs, mostly originals with a few covers (“Bombora”, “The Wedge” and “The Godfather Theme”, which on this CD is called “Le Parrain”). There are also three music videos on the CD. If you dig The Apemen or Satan’s Pilgrims you will definitely want to check out The Wangs.
