The Atlantics - Flight of the Surf Guitar 21st Anniversary Edition CD (Self-Released)

The Atlantics are celebrating the 21st anniversary of their “comeback” album Flight Of The Surf Guitar, giving it the treatment it deserves by remixing and remastering the songs and adding two bonus tracks. It’s an outstanding deal, as the album contained 14 new and original recordings, by original members Peter Hood, Jim Skaithitis and Bosco Bosanac, along with the highly-talented new member Martin Cilia. It also included new recordings of three Atlantics classics from the 60’s - “Bombora”, “Rumble & Run” and “The Crusher”. So in total, this new CD includes 19 songs! While you might already have the original album in your collection, this is still a worthwhile addition as the sound has been updated, and there are two new songs two enjoy (“Maroubra Beach” written by Martin Cilia & “Islands in the Surf” by Jim Skiathitis).
