De Gringos Y Gremmies - The Band From Laramie CD (Self-Released) 

This new 3-piece surf/spaghetti western combo is notable for several reasons - they have delivered a brilliant debut release with 15 songs on it, they have covered Europe’s “The Final Countdown”, they have packaged the CD in some of the most stunning artwork I’ve seen for a surf release over the last few years, and last, but not least, they are based in Laramie, Wyoming! Needless to say, they are likely the only surf band in the entire state, if not that whole section of the US (anyone reading this, please correct me if I’m wrong!) For a basic guitar, bass and drums lineup, they have recorded a brilliant CD with great songs and performances matched by production work that is just about perfect for this style of music. The CD comes with a free band sticker!
