Los Kahunas, an Argentenian surf combo, released their first set of recordings a few years ago, and now they're back with an even mightier collection of classics. There are 9 originals and 5 covers, including well-known stompers like "The Hearse", "Lanky bones", "The Rise & Fall Of Flingel Bunt" and "The Creeper". They have a tight, classic sound paired up with just the right amount of production - you can hear all of the instruments clearly, but the production isn't slick and modern sounding. They have also captured a bright, "live" sound that works well with their style of songwriting. It comes in a digipak cover with a nice, vintage look, right down to the pseudo wear and discoloring of the edges.
