Double Crown’s Top Holiday Songs Of 2010

23 December 2009 No Comment

spotnickswinterlandI’ve posted the lists of a couple surf musicians, but thought I’d contribute my own. This list is a mix of everything that I’ve been diggin’ this holiday season. There’s a little bit of everything, but my main criteria is simply listing the songs that have buzzed around my head the most. The song here include some surf, some classic and some that are just downright cheesy. In no particular order, here goes:

1. Frank Sinatra & Family – I Wouldn’t Trade Christmas
2. The Spotnicks – Parade Of The Wooden Soldiers
3. Weird Al – Christmas At Ground Zero
4. Los Straitjackets – Deck The Halls
5. Bryan Adams – Reggae Christmas
6. Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer Soundtrack – We Are Santa’s Elves
7. Star Wars Christmas Album – Christmas In The Stars
8. The Ventures – Sleigh Ride
9. Big Bad Voodoo Daddy – Mr. Heatmiser
10. U2 – I Believe In Father Christmas

We’d love to hear what you all are listening to this holiday season – please comment with your personal faves!
